Here at MCS, we are constantly gathering and reorganizing your data. Through System Design, Technology Project Management, Order placement and tracking, and our phone/on site support system, we gather your relevant vessel information and keep it on hand to better server you.

For the past five yearsm MCS has been experimenting with different database formats and improving upon different designs. We are now using the 6th generation, and we are excited to bring this new organizational tool direct to you in our Technology Management.

Technology Management

With the launch of our new website and dynamic database, we are proud to introduce project management for onboard technology. MCS has created a haven for the boat owners to go and see all the technology on their vessel. It will hold technical drawings and schematics for installations, wiring diagrams, manuals, technical tips and more. In addition to serving the end users, boat yards and installers now have a place to share ideas and documents, and stay in touch with the project leaders on new design jobs or refits.

For the Owner
As a client of Marine Computer Systems and our partners, you will be able to log onto your personal technology management website from any computer, anywhere. Once there, you will find a listing of your vessel's technology and the updated documentation, wiring diagrams, photos, and project notes. When building a new vessel, refitting your favorite, or just adding first class service and support to your adventures, your technology and the support you need starts and ends with Marine Computer Systems.

For the Boat yard, Project manager or Installer
Your job is hard enough; let MCS be your first line of technical support. With the technology being managed by MCS, your customers will be able to use us for any of their technology needs. This keeps timely configuration and integration problems on our shoulders and out of the way of your bottom line. Integration, troubleshooting, first class customer service and support are what we specialize in, and now our specialties are at your disposal. All service calls to MCS are documented and posted to your technology management site. With your user name and password you will be able to have instant access to all of your projects. Additionally, upload images and new documents, check on time lines and notes between all the key personal on the project.

Documentation types for both levels:

• Wiring Diagrams from MCS detailing everything you or your installer will need to know for your project.
• Cable Schedules from MCS detailing specific lengths, types, connections and purposes of your cables.
• Tech Tips from MCS: these little cheat sheets are specific to your vessel, your needs, and you technology. You wont find these anywhere else.
• Boat yard and Installer updated drawings - These files are added from our partners and your contracted installers. Specific to your vessel or project they are at your finger tips for reference at anytime.
